I just watched a short video interview of a young woman from Christian Aid Ministries. She said that they, (the group, family, and friends of those kidnapped in Haiti) forgive the captors. I would have had trouble understanding that if it weren’t for the stories I read just last night in “When Faith is Forbidden.
The articles I read this morning make it sound like the victims of the kidnapping in Haiti are doing okay, but I’m not sure if that information is verified or just wishful thinking. The ransom price is set and negotiations are in the works. One news article had a quote from a U.S. official saying
