As you’ve probably heard, a group of 17 people (5 men, 7 women, and 5 children) were kidnapped in Haiti; 16 U.S. citizens and one Canadian. They were there as missionaries for Christian Aid Ministries based in Berlin, Ohio. Their bus was on its way to visit an orphanage when it was hijacked by a Haitian gang.
Different agencies are looking into it but so far, it seems, no one knows the group’s whereabouts or condition.
Please join me in praying for their safe release.
My Fitbit reminds me to stand every hour at ten till. I’m going to use that as a reminder to also pray for the missionaries every hour. If possible, please set a similar reminder so that we’re all praying at the same time.
